OPINION: Recycling is the way to the Future

Recycling, something I personally don’t think about often. However, it is great for our environment and needs to be taken more seriously. Recycling is the process of reusing something. 

The Wikipedia definition is “converting waste materials into reusable objects to prevent waste of potentially useful materials, reduce the consumption of fresh raw materials, energy usage, air pollution (from incineration) and water pollution (from landfilling) by decreasing the need for “conventional” waste disposal and lowering greenhouse gas emissions compared to plastic production.”

When we reuse materials it keeps those materials around longer allowing us to keep our world clean. Recycling isn't a hard thing there are typically places and bins that are label so that recycling is easy.

Recycling isn't something new, it is an activity that has been done, but we are getting better at it. Recycling is import to help the environment, when we don't recycle it just piles up in the waste fields. Landfills create environmental issues like pollution, which simply recycling can help.

Recycling can also save us money, when recycling the correct way you can save more money than waste products. You can recycle metal, plastic and glass.Recycling is just something that helps out a lot of aspects of life.

However when recycling we must know the proper way and that is different for different areas so check in in your area and make sure your doing recycling the proper way. Recycling is a great way to make sure your grandchildren will still have a planet to live on.
